Refunds

At Keonmi, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty devices and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refunds or Compensation

Refunds or compensation may be provided in the following situations:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Orders that were shipped incorrectly or never arrived.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds are limited to one order per customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Conditions & Limitations

  • Customers do not need to return the product to receive a refund or replacement, except in rare cases where we request it.
  • Refunds or store credits are issued at Keonmi’s discretion.
  • Keonmi reserves the right to deny refunds if requests are made in bad faith, are repetitive, or fall outside the 14-day request window.

Refund Process

To request a refund or compensation, please provide:

  1. Full name
  2. Order number
  3. Delivery address
  4. Detailed description of the issue (photos/videos may be requested)

Once approved:

  • Refunds or store credits are processed within 5 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Important Notes

  • By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that returning products is generally not required.
  • Keonmi reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution, including partial refunds, full refunds, or store credit.
  • Requests made after 14 days of receiving the product may not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
